Responsibilities
- Perform commercial plumbing services to include but not limited to, repairs, drain cleaning, installations
- Build professional relationships with facility managers and customers
- Inspect and verify all completed repairs and installations before leaving the job site to ensure quality workmanship
- Keep service truck fully stocked, neat, and well-maintained inside and out
- Work collaboratively with other technicians, dispatch, and customer service staff to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain job site hygiene
- Accurately complete invoices, timecards, and customer feedback documentation
- Assist with estimates on smaller jobs (drain cleaning, fixture replacement, etc.) with management support
- Follow safety standards and company Code of Ethics
- Participate in on-call rotation and weekly team meetings
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional plumbing experience required
- 5+ years commercial plumbing service experience (preferred)
- Professional appearance and strong customer service mindset
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Pay & Benefits
- $25-35 hourly + commission opportunity (based on experience)
