Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Security Officers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees. Weekend availability needed. This position will mainly be used as a backfill for sick call offs and vacation backfill.
Responsibilities:
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
- Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations
- Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
- Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions
- Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation
- Provide assistance to people in need
Skills:
- Experience in access control and security inspections
- First aid training
- Conflict management skills
- Knowledge of CCTV systems
- Proficiency in surveillance techniques
