SALES ASSOCIATE, FULL-TIME

We carry thousands of mall and luxury brands at up to 80% off regular retail prices. We aim to make fashion more sustainable by giving life to gently used clothes that aren't being worn anymore. We're looking for full-time Fashion Consultants (sales associates) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Help customers find outfits, gifts, and/or specific styles
- Organize racks, merchandise clothing
- Ring out customers and teach them how to sell to us
- Help make content for Instagram and TikTok
Sales Associate Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred
- Reliable attendance, transportation, and flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
- Basic computer and POS proficiency
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Customer-focused, dependable, and team-oriented with a professional attitude
- Ability to accurately process sales, trades, and returns while following company policies and maintaining store presentation
- Knowledge of fashion brands and current trends is a plus
- Bilingual a plus
