What you'll own:
- Real projects, start to finish — design, client contact, deliverables with your name on them
- Direct access to leadership. No six-layer approval chain. Have an idea Tuesday, act on it Wednesday.

What we're looking for:
- BS in Civil Engineering
- 1-3 years of experience; EIT, PE or PE-track strongly preferred
- Someone who wants ownership, not just assignments
