Responsibilities
- Assist with order picking, packing, and preparing shipments for dispatch using RF scanners and order picker equipment
- Load and unload trucks safely with pallet jacks, and other material handling tools
- Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry into warehouse management systems and inventory management software
- Support shipping logistics by preparing shipping documents, verifying order accuracy, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations
- Organize stock in designated storage areas, perform stock replenishment, and conduct regular inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall operational efficiency
- Follow safety protocols during all warehouse operations, including proper packaging, stocking, and handling of goods
Experience
- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory management software is highly desirable
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments are essential
- Experience operating pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills to support internal teams and external partners effectively

Pay: $18.50 - $27.00 per hour
