Our client, a Clifton, NJ-based provider of solutions in acoustics, vibration, and thermal management, is seeking a CNC Operator to join their team. In this role, you will operate CNC machines, make adjustments, ensure precision, troubleshoot, and maintain safety and organization in machining operations.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines for various machining operations.
- Make necessary adjustments to the machines.
- Perform tool changes, gauge measurements, and calibration.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet specified tolerances.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of CNC Exp required
- Proficiency in identifying broken tools.
- Strong knowledge of machining processes and procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Pay and Shift:
- 2nd shift paying $19.25
- 3rd shift paying $21.25
