Position: Sales Executive

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing security patrol and operations team. This position is perfect for a high-energy professional who excels at both driving new business and building strong teams. You will spearhead sales efforts to expand our client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify, prospect, and secure new commercial, residential, and industrial security patrol contracts.
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers in Tacoma, Federal Way, Auburn, Bonney Lake, Everett, Lynnwood, Marysville, Arlington, and Eastside areas.
- Prepare proposals, conduct site assessments, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Track sales pipeline and performance using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales (security, facilities, or service industry preferred) with a track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM systems.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (field visits required).
