We’re looking for an AT&T Assistant who enjoys working with people and wants an in-person role where every day brings something new. You’ll work directly with customers, learn how to identify their needs, introduce AT&T solutions, and develop the skills that can help you move into bigger opportunities.
As an AT&T Assistant, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Connect with customers in person and create a welcoming, professional experience
- Work directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend AT&T solutions
- Develop your sales skills through hands-on customer interactions
- Learn AT&T products, services, promotions, and technology
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales experience
- AT&T Assistants build genuine relationships with customers and create positive brand experiences
- Work alongside teammates and leadership to accomplish sales and team goals
- Participate in ongoing training designed to strengthen communication, sales, and leadership skills
