Lawn & Landscape Maintenance Technician

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend or weather-related work

JOR Services is a growing lawn care and landscaping company serving Central Ohio. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Lawn & Landscape Maintenance Technician.
This is a hands-on outdoor position with a variety of work throughout the year. The ideal candidate enjoys working outside, takes pride in doing quality work, and is willing to learn.
Job Responsibilities
- Mow residential and commercial properties
- Trim and edge lawns and landscape areas
- Operate commercial lawn mowers, string trimmers, blowers, and other equipment
- Apply fertilizer and other lawn-care products as trained
- Install and maintain mulch
- Perform general landscape maintenance
- Clean up leaves, grass clippings, and other lawn debris
- Assist with seasonal landscaping projects
- Perform snow removal during the winter season
- Load, unload, clean, and maintain equipment
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers
- Follow company safety procedures
- Perform other lawn and landscape duties as needed

- Able to safely operate lawn-care equipment or willing to learn

- Valid driver's license preferred
- Previous lawn-care or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required
