Cabinet Sales Representative - RTA Cabinets
Location: Dallas, TX
We are a Dallas-based RTA cabinet supplier looking for a Cabinet Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in kitchen cabinets, remodeling, building materials, construction supplies, flooring, countertops, or home improvement sales.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with RTA cabinet selection, layout needs, pricing, and orders
- Follow up with contractors, remodelers, builders, and dealers
- Prepare quotes and help customers understand product options
- Maintain customer relationships and generate repeat business
- Support showroom, phone, email, and walk-in sales
- Coordinate with warehouse/order team to ensure smooth delivery or pickup
Requirements:
- Sales experience required
- Cabinet, kitchen & bath, remodeling, construction material, or home improvement experience preferred
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable using computer, email, and basic quoting tools
- Ability to work with contractors and homeowners
- Bilingual English/Mandarin or English/Spanish is a plus
Compensation:
- Base pay + commission
- Full-time position
- Pay depends on experience and sales performance
