The Purple Frog Bar & Grill is looking for energetic, friendly, and dependable Servers/Bartenders who are passionate about providing outstanding hospitality. Whether you're serving tables, mixing cocktails, or helping create memorable dining experiences, you'll play a key role in making every guest feel welcome.
What You'll Do
Welcome guests with a positive, friendly attitude.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Mix cocktails according to recipes and guest preferences.
Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring quality.
Recommend menu items, daily specials, desserts, and beverages.
Upsell food, drinks, and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
Verify guest identification and comply with all alcohol service laws.
Process cash, credit card, and POS transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and dining area.
Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and side work.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Help create a fun, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for every guest.
What We're Looking For
Previous restaurant, server, or bartender experience preferred.
TABC Certification (or ability to obtain one).
Food Handler Certification (preferred).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Basic math and cash handling skills.
Experience using POS systems is a plus.
Pay: $2.25 - $3.00 per hour
