Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supervising Pharmacist to lead our pharmacy team at Bay Pharmacy and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Russian-Speaking is preferred. You are flexible to choose your own schedule (at least 3 days, up to maximum of 6 days). Pharmacy hours are 9a-6pm Mon-Fri and 9a-5p on Saturdays. Average number of daily rx's is 120-150 during the week, with a strong team behind you. We use micromerchant pharmacy system.
Your rate is negotiable. Employee discount for any items in store are included. Any other perks and requests are all on the table.

Duties
- Supervise daily pharmacy operations, ensuring adherence to state and federal pharmacy laws, and healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and HIPAA confidentiality policies
- Manage inventory control, medication ordering, and stock levels to ensure optimal availability of pharmaceuticals while minimizing waste
- Collaborate with healthcare providers on medical management plans, pain management strategies, and medication administration protocols
- Ensure pharmacy software systems are accurately maintained and utilized effectively for patient records and medication tracking
- Promote patient service initiatives by engaging in patient care activities such as medication counseling, and health education and we welcome your input. This is your baby after all.
Experience
- New Graduates are welcome and will have team support. Experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare compliance standards including HIPAA regulations, and pharmaceutical regulatory frameworks.

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
