Job Summary
We are looking for a proven New Car Sales Professional with CDJR experience (or another domestic brand) to join our winning team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and effectively managing the sales pipeline. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product walkarounds
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions.
- Engage with walk-in and internet customers to understand their needs
- Structure deals, present lease/finance options, and assist through F&I
- Represent the dealership with professionalism on every deal
- Stay current on Stellantis programs, incentives, and rebates
Skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in inventory control processes to maintain stock levels effectively.
- Excellent sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with diverse audiences.
- Experience in public speaking to engage potential clients effectively.
- Familiarity with managing a sales pipeline for optimal performance tracking.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
- Strong customer service orientation focused on building lasting relationships.
- Experience in retail sales is a must, providing insight into consumer behavior and preferences.
