Job Position: Registered Nurse

Shift: 8H Day, 07:30 AM - 04:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history review, and physical examinations to determine appropriate care plans.
- Administer medications and injections accurately, including IV infusions and immunizations, following aseptic techniques.
- Manage complex clinical procedures such as suturing, catheterization, wound care, and ostomy management.
- Utilize EMR/EHR systems such as Cerner or Athenahealth to document patient encounters meticulously and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Perform triage assessments to prioritize urgent cases and coordinate timely interventions across various specialties including emergency medicine, geriatrics, pediatrics, and behavioral health.
- Support diagnostic evaluations by collecting specimens for laboratory testing and processing samples with precision.
- Provide patient education on health coaching topics such as medication management, chronic disease control, nutrition, and post-discharge care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop discharge plans, coordinate long-term care services, and facilitate case management efforts.
- Maintain sterile processing standards during procedures requiring aseptic technique and ensure infection control protocols are rigorously followed.
- Assist with specialized treatments such as botulinum toxin injections for therapeutic purposes or esthetic laser treatments when applicable.
Requirements:
- Min of 5 Years Experience within Primary care or Health Service
- BLS
- RN License
- Covid Card
Pay: $46.07 - $60.00 per hour
