As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you will create a vibrant, engaging classroom where children feel safe, inspired, and excited to learn. You will design meaningful learning experiences, foster strong relationships with families, and help shape a school culture that values excellence, kindness, and lifelong learning.

What You'll Do
- Create and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum and learning experiences
- Foster a warm, inclusive classroom community where every child feels valued
- Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Observe, assess, and document children's growth and learning
- Build strong partnerships with families through open communication and collaboration
- Mentor and collaborate with assistant teachers and fellow educators
- Maintain a safe, organized, and inspiring learning environment
- Bring creativity, energy, and professionalism to each day
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred)
- Child Development Associate (CDA) awarded by the Council for Professional Recognition
- Minimum of 3 years of preschool experience (minimum 2 as Lead Teacher)
- Strong knowledge of child development and best practices in early childhood education
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A collaborative mindset and positive attitude
- Passion for creating meaningful learning experiences
- Commitment to continuous professional growth and excellence
