Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and motivated Part Time/Seasonal Retail Associates to join our dynamic team. We are looking to fill positions in Firearms, Archery, Fishing departments. In these roles, you will deliver outstanding customer service, assist with product knowledge and merchandising, and ensure smooth retail operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who thrive in a lively environment and enjoy helping customers gear up for their next adventure.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide expert guidance on product selection across various outdoor categories
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits of merchandise
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining store cleanliness and orderliness
- Upsell related products by understanding customer needs and offering suitable options
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of store products to answer customer inquiries confidently
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette for engaging with customers effectively
- Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and inventory management
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and retail store product knowledge
- Flexibility to work part-time or seasonal hours, including weekends a
