Roles and Responsibilites
- Ensures that the customer delivery is compliant with the design and identifies the performance and cost improvements pieces and provides a plan to achieve those goals..
- Serve as a system architect and technical specialist for applicable customer programs.
- Support RFQ activities related to applicable customer programs.
- Resolve program technical issues. Track and resolve customer issues. Interface with both the customer and client Product Engineering teams to coordinate a successful resolution of these issues.
- Support program teams with activities such as planning, estimating, and developing requirements in compliance with the established development process.
- Serve as a technical interface to applicable suppliers. Follow up with technical action items.
- Conceives plans and conducts research in problem areas or new technology of considerable scope and complexity.
- Support internal organizations. Support for such items as product DFMEA, Schematic Reviews, Warranty, Diagnostics, DVP&R, Appearance Approvals PSO, and special investigations.
- Support the software/hardware/mechanical developers at the unit and system level to ensure that all requirements are met and the highest software quality is achieved.
Education Requirement –
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
