Carolina Resource, a leader in design and manufacturing for over 30 years, is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in Youngsville, NC. Specializing in short-run (under 50 units) and prototype work for the medical, automotive, and recreational sports industries, we deliver excellence through innovation and quality.
What You’ll Do
- Program, set up, and operate 3-axis/4-axis mills or 2-to-5-axis lathes.
- Inspect parts with precision to ensure top-quality standards.
- Develop and modify part programs using conversational and CAM methods.
- Complete ISO paperwork (FAI, in-process, etc.).
- Perform tool/part touch-offs and adjust offsets for optimal results.
- Design fixtures to boost efficiency.
- Work on diverse, low-quantity prototype, tool, and die projects.
