Evolve Chiropractic is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and motivated Clinical Stretch & Rehabilitation Technician to join our patient care team.
This is a hands-on clinical role for someone who enjoys working directly with patients and has an interest in rehabilitation, mobility, chiropractic care, exercise science, or musculoskeletal health.
You will work closely with our chiropractors to guide patients through prescribed stretching, therapeutic exercises, mobility work, and rehabilitation protocols. This position also helps support the daily flow and general operations of the clinic.
Responsibilities
- Perform doctor-prescribed assisted stretching techniques
- Guide patients through rehabilitation exercises and mobility drills
- Assist with approved manual therapy protocols under chiropractor supervision
- Educate patients on posture, stretching routines, mobility, and home exercises
- Observe patient response and communicate progress or concerns to the supervising chiropractor
- Collect range-of-motion measurements, posture observations, and other clinical findings
- Document treatment activities and patient responses in ChiroTouch
- Prepare patients for chiropractic, rehabilitation, and therapy procedures
- Assist with traction, wobble chair, Precor equipment, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, laser, SoftWave, and other approved clinic therapies
- Maintain clean, organized treatment areas and equipment
- Assist with scheduling and general clinic responsibilities when not working directly with patients
- Attend required meetings, training sessions, and pre-shift and post-shift meetings

Qualifications
Previous experience or education in one or more of the following areas is preferred:
- Chiropractic care
- Rehabilitation
- Physical therapy
- Occupational therapy
- Athletic training
- Exercise science
- Kinesiology
- Massage therapy
- Healthcare
- Patient care
- Wellness or movement science
Candidates must also have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- The ability to maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- The ability to learn standardized clinical procedures
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- The ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on position that requires:
- Standing for extended periods
- Bending, reaching, stretching, and twisting
- Repetitive upper-body movements
- Assisting patients with stretching and rehabilitation activities
- Regularly lifting or moving up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lifting or moving up to 50 pounds

Schedule
- Full-time or part-time availability may be considered
- Weekday morning and afternoon shifts
- Saturday morning availability may be required
Pay
$20–$24 per hour, based on experience
