Duties
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations to assess patient oral health.
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including performing procedures such as fillings, crowns, and extractions.
- Execute oral surgeries when necessary, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care.
- Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications
- Dental Doctoral degree from an accredited dental school
- State license and regional boards
- 2+ years of clinical experience in the U.S. preferred (outside of the program setting)
- Eligible to practice dentistry in local state
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to use dental tools and equipment at an expert level
- Looking for stability within an organization with limitless growth and development opportunities
- Experience operating your own practice is a plus
- Experience in group practice is a plus
