We are currently seeking candidates interested in year-round employment. Our seasonal positions have been filled, and we're looking for team members who are excited to grow with Johnny Doughnuts and become a long-term part of our team.
What You'll Do
- Deliver warm, genuine hospitality to every guest.
- Take customer orders and operate POS systems.
- Prepare and serve coffee and espresso beverages.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop environment.
- Restock products and assist with daily setup and closing duties.
- Work collaboratively with both Front and Back of House teams.
- Help create a positive and upbeat atmosphere for guests and teammates.
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods.
- Previous café, restaurant, bakery, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred.
