What You'll Do
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling services
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans
- Conduct behavioral and emotional assessments
- Monitor client progress and document treatment interventions
- Participate in treatment team meetings and aftercare planning
- Support youth through therapeutic interactions and crisis intervention
- Collaborate with educational and interdisciplinary teams
- Assist clients in achieving treatment goals and positive outcomes
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Psychiatric Nursing, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related mental health discipline
- Minimum one year of post-master's behavioral health experience preferred
- Valid Driver's License
- Age 21+
- Ability to pass background, drug, TB, and physical screenings
- Strong documentation and computer skills
- Commitment to professional development and training requirements
