Rockaway Self Storage is a new self-storage facility opening in Far Rockaway NY committed to providing a clean, secure, and friendly environment for our tenants. We're looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our on-site team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and potential renters
- Manage rental agreements and process payments
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility
- Conduct routine property checks to ensure safety and security
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Tour and lease units
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Computer and administrative skills
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Comfortable working independently
- Prior experience in property management, retail, or customer service is a plus
- Must be able to walk the facility grounds
Hours:
4PM - 7:30PM Monday - Thursday
2PM - 7:30PM Friday
Saturday & Sunday - 6 Hour Shift (7:30-1:30 or 1:30-7:30)
