Do you love fashion, fabulous finds, and helping women feel confident in what they wear? If you're a warm, savvy adult who thrives in a vibrant environment, our boutique women’s consignment shop would love to meet you!
We’re looking for a reliable, energetic team member to bring great energy, style, and organization to our shop for 20 hours per week.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Customer Delight: Greeting shoppers with a smile and explaining how our shop works and assisting in fitting rooms.
- Shop Operations: Staying active on the floor—tagging items, sizing racks, and keeping the shop looking fresh and inviting.
- Tech & Register: Operating our computer-based point-of-sale system with ease and confidence.
What We’re Looking For
- Flexible Availability: Able to work a mix of shifts, including some mornings, evenings (up to 7:00 PM), and Saturday is REQUIRED.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating retail software, computers, and basic digital tasks.
- Active & Energetic: Comfortable being on your feet for several hours at a time and handling light inventory lifting.
- People Person: Warm, approachable, and passionate about creating a positive experience for our consignors and shoppers.
Position Details
- Hours: Part-Time (~20 hours/week)
- Pay: $16.00 – $17.00/hour (commensurate with experience)
