As we expand, we are seeking a highly organized, highly personable individual to fill a Project Manager role. Our PMs oversee all aspects of our painting projects, from the time an estimate is accepted to the final customer sign-off and collection of payment.
An ideal PM would be energized by interacting with our customers and our crews. They would have excellent organizational and communication skills. They would excel in a role that varies daily, between job site visits, supply ordering, schedule coordination, and more.

The role is base + commission and has an earning potential of $70,000-$90,000 the first year.
Job Duties:
- Ensure assigned project(s) are kept on schedule and within budget while meeting client's needs and delivering a quality project
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate painting projects from start to finish through final touchup and payment collection
- Schedule subcontractors
- Order paints and supplies
- Identify potential issues and ensure timely decisions are made
Qualifications:
- Ability to manage, hire and coordinate subcontractors
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, managers, subcontractors, and clients
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and reliable
- Experience in residential repainting is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in the use of a Laptop/Tablet, smartphone, and software programs
