We are growing our heavy civil construction division and are seeking experienced,motivated individuals to join our team. We specialize in bridges, roadwork, and large-scale earthmoving projects. If you're dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work, we want to hear from you.
Open Positions:
Bridge Foreman
- Lead and manage a crew on high-value, schedule-driven construction projects.
- Lead bridge construction crews on structural and concrete work
- Coordinate daily activities, materials, and equipment
- Complete daily reporting, timekeeping, and documentation required for job sites as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues early and implement corrective action
- Read and interpret plans and specifications
- Ensure safety compliance and quality control
- Prior supervisory experience required
Dirt / Road Foreman
- Supervise grading, excavation, and roadway crews
- Manage site layout, elevations, and production goals
- Coordinate heavy equipment operations
- Complete daily reporting, timekeeping, and documentation required for job sites as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues early and implement corrective action
- Ensure work meets DOT specifications
- Experience with GPS/machine control preferred
Heavy Equipment Operators
- 3 years' experience with multiple heavy equipment operations is preferred.
- Operate dozers, excavators, motor graders, loaders, trackhoes, and other equipment.
- Perform grading, excavation, and site prep work.
- Follow grade stakes, GPS, and site plans.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
- Experience with civil construction and safety standards is preferred.
Carpenters
- Build forms for concrete structures (bridges, culverts, retaining walls)
- Read blueprints and measure accurately
- Install rebar, forms, and falsework
- Experience in heavy civil or commercial construction preferred
Concrete Finishers
- Place, finish, and cure concrete on structural and roadway projects
- Operate finishing tools and equipment
- Ensure proper grading, slopes, and smooth finishes
Laborers
- Assist skilled trades and equipment operators
- Perform site cleanup, material handling, and basic construction tasks
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Willingness to learn and grow in the trade
