Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Full-Time Leasing Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, providing exceptional customer service while showcasing our community and helping prospective residents find their new home. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and motivated, with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Responsibilities include conducting apartment tours, responding to phone and online inquiries, assisting with the leasing process, maintaining accurate resident and prospect records, and supporting resident retention through excellent service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contribute to occupancy goals, and help create a welcoming community for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents with professionalism and provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and through email.
- Conduct engaging tours of the apartment community, highlighting amenities, floor plans, and community features.
- Respond promptly to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects to convert leads into signed leases.
- Assist applicants through the leasing process, including completing applications, verifying required documentation, and preparing lease agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of prospect traffic, resident files, and leasing activity in property management software.
- Build positive relationships with current residents by addressing questions and directing maintenance or service requests appropriately.
- Help organize and participate in resident events and community outreach initiatives to promote resident satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure the leasing office, model apartments, and community appearance remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
