Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with vehicle parking and retrieval with a friendly, professional attitude
- Safely operate manual transmission vehicles and navigate <LOCATION> parking facilities with precision
- Manage cash handling duties accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring their needs are met promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized valet station, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle movements efficiently
- Assist with additional tasks such as delivering vehicles within the property or assisting with light retail or hospitality duties as needed
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with experience driving manual transmission vehicles
- Strong guest services and customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic retail math
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Previous experience in dealership, retail, or delivery driver roles is preferred
- Reliable transportation to commute to the work location and operate vehicles safely
