Licensed Real Estate Agent – Exclusive IN HOUSE Luxury Rental Portfolio (Brooklyn)
We are seeking a motivated, licensed New York real estate agent to join our in-house brokerage team. We work directly for a developer and represent a large portfolio of exclusive rental properties throughout New York City, including luxury buildings with extensive amenities and high-volume leasing opportunities.
We are launching a new luxury building with 178 Units ad are looking for a highly motivated agent for a high scale opportunity

Requirements
- Active New York Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license
- Experience in rentals, leasing, or residential real estate preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, organized, and self-motivated
- Fluent English required
- Ability to work full-time in a fast-paced environment
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who is hardworking, proactive, and excited to manage a large number of exclusive listings while providing exceptional service to prospective tenants. A successful candidate will be comfortable handling multiple leads, conducting showings, and closing transactions in a high-volume environment.
In New York, real estate salespersons must hold an active license and work under a licensed broker, while brokers may operate independently.
Compensation: Starting income potential of $60,000+ annually, with significant upside based on performance.
