Qualifications

Passion for conservative politics and advancing mission-driven work

2+ years of experience in marketing, fundraising, advertising, nonprofit work, or politics

Proven ability to build high-trust relationships

Strong analytical instincts with a data-driven mindset

Exceptional communication skills

High level of personal accountability and ownership

Bachelor’s degree required
