Provide and oversee direct nursing care for residents
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes
Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulations
Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team
Lead your shift and support overall care quality
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong leadership and communication skills
