SUMMARY
Conducts tests and inspections at various production stages, compiling and evaluating data to ensure product quality and reliability.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reviews and evaluates quality assurance standards, policies, and procedures.

Interprets engineering drawings and collaborates with management to determine quality standards.

Develops and maintains work instructions, control plans, and inspection sheets.

Selects and tests products at specific production stages for various quality attributes.

Records and analyzes test data, recommending adjustments to improve quality.

Performs destructive and nondestructive tests to assess product performance.
-
Prepares data for analysis and reports deviations from standards.

Supports HR, Quality, and Safety policies, striving for continuous improvement.

Promotes teamwork, employee relations, and high morale.

Performs other duties as assigned.
LEADERSHIP/SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
-
Experience with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.

2-4 years of related experience.

Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS, WORK ENVIRONMENT, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, dust, and fumes.

Frequently stand, walk, push, pull, reach, grasp, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds (assistance required for lifting over 50 pounds).
