ABOUT BENEDETTO GELATO
Benedetto Gelato is a premium Italian-style artisan gelato shop producing small-batch gelato daily using imported Italian bases, single-origin ingredients, and techniques rooted in Italian tradition. We are not a chain. We are not a franchise. We are an independent, craft-first brand building something of lasting quality in the Inland Empire, and we are growing.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Welcome every guest with genuine warmth - create a moment, not just a transaction
- Scoop and serve gelato, affogatos, coated cones, and espresso drinks with precision and care
- Master our full menu, flavors, allergens, pairings, and guide guests with confidence
- Maintain our showcase, workspace, and lobby, to premium presentation standards at all times
- Operate Square POS and handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Uphold all food safety standards and Benedetto SOPs without exception
- Be a dependable, positive presence for your team, especially on weekends
WHO YOU ARE
- 1+ year of customer-facing experience in food service, hospitality, café, or premium retail
- Reliable, your team can count on you, shift after shift, weekend after weekend
- You hold yourself to a high standard without being asked
- Valid California Food Handler Certificate, or able to obtain one before your start date
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Authorized to work in the United States
