About the Role:
As a Barista/Store Associate (P/T), you'll be the backbone of our day-to-day operations. As the first touchpoint the customer will have with the store, you will be the first warm welcome into the space. Store Associates should feel comfortable not only explaining our options but also executing on all tasks in the store including making food and beverages, cleaning the store, stocking retail areas, and assisting customers through basic requests.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience:
- Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all customers.
- Ensure prompt and efficient service, exceeding customer expectations.
- With assistance from store management, resolve customer concerns, questions, and support requests
- Operational Excellence:
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Ability to prepare all food and beverage menu items
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Implement company policies and procedures consistently
- Restock retail items as needed
- Move inbound product shipments weighing up to 50 LBS
- Business Performance:
- Participate in Off-site brand activations including but not limited to Conventions and Private Events as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- 18+ years of age
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment
- Ability to get a Food Handler Certification via approved Vendor
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math and cash handling skills.
- Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply.
- Flexible Weekend Availability Required
- Ability to reliably commute to the store location
