Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Qualification, and Abilities:

A minimum of 3+ years of high-volume food production and culinary management experience

Culinary degree preferred

Positive, optimistic, enthusiastic, and self-confident attitude
- Operates calmly and proactively in stressful and difficult situations

Ability to obtain Food Handler’s certification and TABC certification.

Strong analytical problem-solving skills and is resourceful

Ability to exercise good independent judgement

Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions to handle employee conflicts

Well-organized, with proven ability to meet timelines and show results through initiatives
