Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Entry Order Processing Manager to lead our order fulfillment operations with enthusiasm and precision. Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling for staff to optimize workflow and coverage during peak periods.
- Oversee bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial recordkeeping using accounting software such as QuickBooks and other financial tools.
- Handle confidential information with integrity while maintaining compliance with company policies and data security standards.
- Monitor budget adherence for order processing activities, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Train and develop team members in office procedures, customer service excellence, technical proficiency, and software applications like Microsoft Office and spreadsheets.
- Maintain organized filing systems for all order documents, correspondence, and financial records.
- Support human resources functions including payroll processing, employee onboarding, and performance management related to the order processing team.
- Ensure effective communication with clients regarding order status updates, delivery schedules, and issue resolution through professional client communication skills.
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience in office management or order processing environments.
- Demonstrated proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks and financial software tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in vendor management, scheduling, bookkeeping, and budgeting within an administrative or medical office management context preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team leadership, and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, calendar management tools, filing systems, and front desk operations.
- Background in clerical tasks including data entry, filing, phone etiquette, and handling confidential information responsibly.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications—especially spreadsheets—and office experience that supports seamless daily operations.
- Knowledge of human resources functions such as training & development processes and employee performance management is a plus.
