As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you'll directly connect with customers, identify their needs, and recommend the right AT&T Wireless, AT&T Fiber, home internet, and business solutions. No previous sales experience is required, we provide the training, coaching, and support needed to build a successful sales career.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers in person and build meaningful conversations that create sales opportunities.
- Present and recommend AT&T Wireless, AT&T Fiber, home internet, mobile devices, and business solutions based on customer needs.
- Build trust with customers by delivering knowledgeable product presentations and outstanding service.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals through consistent customer engagement.
- Accurately process customer enrollments, account information, and sales transactions.
- Participate in daily sales meetings, product training, and coaching sessions to strengthen your selling skills.

Position Overview:
This full-time role is located in Maitland, FL, and surrounding areas, requiring an average of 40 hours per week, Monday through Saturday. The position involves engaging directly with customers in a face-to-face setting to provide AT&T service and support.
- Pay: This is a commission-based job. On average, 1-2 orders are completed per employee per day.
- Clients & Products: We work with AT&T, promoting and signing up new customers for their AT&T products and services
