Responsibilities
- Perform professional massage therapy services based on each client's needs.
- Assess clients' health history and discuss treatment goals before each session.
- Customize massage techniques to address pain relief, muscle tension, stress reduction, and relaxation.
- Maintain accurate and timely client treatment notes.
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, and well-stocked.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness recommendations.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and compassionate environment.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
Required:
- Current Massage Therapist license/certification (as required by state or local regulations).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong knowledge of massage techniques and body mechanics.
- Professional, dependable, and client-focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
- Experience in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Prenatal, or Trigger Point Massage.
