What You'll Do
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process from greeting to delivery.
- Build relationships and provide an exceptional buying experience.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Follow up with customers through phone, text, email, and CRM.
- Prospect for new business and develop repeat and referral customers.
- Maintain product knowledge on Honda vehicles and technology.
- Work closely with sales management to achieve individual and dealership goals.
- Deliver vehicles while ensuring customers understand all features and technology.
What We're Looking For

- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Automotive sales experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right individual.
Preferred Qualifications
- Automotive sales experience
- Retail, hospitality, or commissioned sales experience
- CRM experience
- Bilingual (Spanish, Armenian, or Korean) is a plus, but not required.
