What You’ll Do
Assist in planning and leading engaging daily activities for residents
Support group programs including games, arts & crafts, music, exercise, and social events
Encourage resident participation and promote social interaction
Document participation and communicate resident engagement with the care team
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience in senior living, long-term care, or activities preferred
Energetic, creative, and compassionate personality
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends
