We are seeking an experienced Irrigation Manager to join our team, a role crucial to our commitment to delivering top-tier irrigation services. The successful candidate will ensure excellence in installation, maintenance, and overall system functionality, contributing to our reputation for quality and reliability.

Lead and supervise a team of irrigation technicians, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Train and develop effective irrigation teams, focusing on skill enhancement and adherence to safety protocols.

Plan and manage daily tasks and assignments for the team, ensuring optimal productivity.

Conduct comprehensive irrigation inspections on all properties to maintain high standards of service.

Develop irrigation mappings by zone and provide documentation to the Branch Manager.

Prepare detailed proposals for irrigation repairs and upgrades, ensuring clarity and precision.

Oversee and participate in the installation of irrigation systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company quality guidelines.

Manage irrigation installation projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

Oversee material management and inventory at each location, implementing efficient inventory management practices.

Conduct audits and inspections for all irrigation starts on new properties, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Implement quality control measures to ensure the effectiveness and longevity of installed irrigation systems.

2-3 years of experience in irrigation installation.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting irrigation plans.

Experience leading a team of 5 or more.

Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and equipment, including 2-wire systems.

Proficiency in using management software, particularly Aspire.

Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
