Sales and Facilities Associate
We are seeking a dynamic, personable and highly motivated Sales and Facilities Associate (SFA) to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a beautiful, clean studio, and supporting day-to-day studio operations. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for fitness and a commitment to delivering an outstanding experience to all members and prospects. *Weekend and early morning weekday availability required.*
Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell memberships, packages, classes and other studio services/products to prospective and current members.
- Conduct studio tours for potential members, articulating the value and unique offerings of Pvolve.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through referrals, outreach and follow up communication.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Provide exceptional service to existing members by answering questions, resolving concerns and ensuring member satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues in a professional, empathetic and timely manner.
- Manage member accounts, including scheduling, billing inquiries and class bookings.
- Assist with member retention strategies, including outreach and follow up to ensure continued satisfaction and engagement.
- Assist with day-to-day operations, including opening/closing the studio, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the facility is well stocked with supplies.
- Manage cancellations or reschedules and maintain accurate records in the studio management software system.
- Support the studio’s promotional and marketing efforts, including social media engagement, event coordination and special promotions.
- Assist with inventory management for studio merchandise, retail products and other supplies.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting and checking in guests, handling payments and managing bookings.
- Assist with processing membership contracts and payments, as well as managing client databases.
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including reporting and maintaining up to date member information.
- Collaborate with studio team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and an outstanding customer experience.
- Contribute positively to the studio culture and work environment by fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
- Willingness to perform all other duties as assigned by Owner on any projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-year retail or customer service experience
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Friendly and professional phone etiquette
- Initiate tasks and perform duties with confidence and without direction
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for fitness, wellness and the Pvolve brand
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning hours, evenings, weekends and Holidays (only day closed is Christmas)
- Strong computer skills
- Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 30lbs

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 15.0 per week
