General Maintenance Technician – Part or Full Time (Approx. 30 Hours/Week)

This flexible, part-time position (around 30 hours/week) is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work — whether you’re an emergency worker with flexible shifts, a semi-retiree, or simply a skilled tradesperson who likes staying active and useful.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform general maintenance and light repairs on buildings, grounds, and equipment
- Assist with indoor and outdoor upkeep, from painting and plumbing to landscaping and snow removal
- Conduct preventive maintenance on basic machinery and facility systems
- Support special projects, minor shop tasks, and general improvements
- Collaborate with a small, supportive team dedicated to quality and teamwork
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven hands-on maintenance experience (2+ years preferred)
- Basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general repair
- Reliable, proactive, and safety-minded work ethic
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work both indoors and outdoors
- A team player who’s willing to pitch in wherever needed
