What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes consistently to Crafty Cow standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- Communicate clearly with your team to keep service smooth and efficient
- Follow recipes, prep lists, and station procedures
- Support expo and teammates during high-volume periods
- Assist with daily kitchen operations including opening/closing duties
- Embrace “unreasonable hospitality” — finding small ways to elevate the guest experience

What You Bring
- Kitchen experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow recipes and procedures
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
