JOB TITLE: Technical Manager- Integrated Delivery -HCM
LOCATION: Scottsdale AZ (Telecommute role, may work remotely from anywhere in the US)
DUTIES: Lead a team of architects and consultants, ensuring balanced workload, collaboration, and technical excellence. Drive performance standards across development, deployment, and operations by defining benchmarks, validating architectures, and optimizing Blue Yonder solutions. Provide technical guidance for solution design, environment setup, configuration, and deployment. Advise implementation teams on best practices and design principles to ensure scalable, high-performing customer solutions. Lead communication for technical implementation topics with Sales, Partners, Customers, and Internal Teams. Provide inputs to project managers for planning, estimation, and risk assessment. Drive performance innovation through best practice sharing, process improvements, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance overall customer success. Design and execute performance test strategies using JMeter, Groovy, Python, and related tools (LoadRunner, BlazeMeter, Cycle) to simulate workloads and measure system throughput and response times. Conduct peak, average, stress, and endurance load tests to baseline and evaluate environment performance. Utilize performance monitoring and profiling tools such as AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk, SolarWinds, perfmon, nmon, Wireshark, Fiddler, YourKit, and database utilities (SQL Server Management Studio, Explain Plans, Oracle AWR Reports) to detect, isolate, and resolve performance issues. Perform architecture and health reviews for products like WFM (Workforce Management) and SCPO (Supply Chain Planning & Optimization). Evaluate hardware utilization, database performance, and custom code efficiency, including APE (Asynchronous Processing Engine) and SRE (Service Runtime Environment) components. Act as SME during Go-Live, providing proactive analysis, debugging, and resolution support for stable production deployment. Collaborate across Product Development, Cloud Operations, Consulting, and Support to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s (or foreign equivalent) degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Software Performance Analyst, Software Architect, or a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 5 years involving each of the following:

Technical Leadership including Analytical Skill, Problem Solving, and Subject Matter Expertise support to cross team members;

Performance Testing and Tuning;

JMeter, AppDynamics, Splunk, NeoLoad Nmon, Permon, Fiddler, WireShark, AppDynamics, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Oracle DB Analysis, Postgress SQL analysis, and SQL Tuning;

Python, Groovy, Java, Perl, Shell, and JavaScript;

Supply Chain Management; and

Microservices based applications.

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
