POSITION OVERVIEW
The Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution and coordination of marketing initiatives across Bowtech, Diamond, Black Gold, TightSpot, and Ripcord brands. This role supports the Director of Marketing by executing digital marketing activities, maintaining web and social platforms, coordinating marketing assets, supporting product launches, and assisting with reporting and analytics. The position serves as the operational hub of the marketing department, ensuring projects are completed accurately, on time, and aligned with established brand standards and marketing strategies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing Execution
- Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns through Klaviyo or similar platforms.
- Execute social media publishing schedules across assigned brand channels.
- Assist with setup and monitoring of digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Implement SEO recommendations including metadata updates, keyword implementation, and content optimization.
- Coordinate campaign deployment across digital channels according to established marketing calendars.
- Maintain campaign tracking links, UTM parameters, and digital assets.
Website Management
- Maintain and update website content including product pages, landing pages, blogs, banners, promotions, and support content.
- Upload and organize product assets, images, videos, and downloadable resources.
- Assist with website quality assurance and identify opportunities to improve user experience.
- Coordinate website updates with internal stakeholders and external development partners.
- Monitor website functionality and report issues requiring technical support
Social Media, Email & Consumer Engagement
- Schedule and publish social media content according to approved content calendars.
- Monitor community engagement and route customer inquiries to appropriate departments.
- Coordinate user-generated content submissions and content libraries.
- Assist with ambassador, influencer, affiliate, and media programs by coordinating assets, communications, and deliverables.
- Maintain content calendars and publishing schedules.
Marketing Project Coordination
- Coordinate project timelines and marketing deliverables using project management platforms.
- Track creative requests and ensure assets are delivered on schedule.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication between marketing, sales, product development, and creative teams.
- Support product launch readiness by organizing assets, updating launch checklists, and coordinating timelines.
- Maintain marketing asset libraries and digital file organization.
Reporting & Analytics
- Pull and distribute monthly marketing reports.
- Track website traffic, email performance, social engagement, SEO rankings, digital advertising metrics, and lead generation performance.
- Assist with dashboard maintenance and reporting updates.
- Identify trends and provide observations to support optimization discussions.
Event Support
- Support planning and logistics for trade shows, dealer events, tournaments, and consumer activations.
- Coordinate event materials, shipping, signage, promotional assets, and inventory requests.
- Assist with post-event reporting and lead tracking.
- Support event registration and communication activities.
Product Launch Support
- Assist with product launches across digital, web, social, email, dealer, and sales channels.
- Coordinate launch asset distribution and implementation.
- Maintain launch schedules and status updates.
- Support development of dealer resources, product information, and training materials.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Experience within the outdoor, sporting goods, hunting, or archery industry preferred.
- Experience with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Shopify, WordPress, or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategy, digital marketing, analytics, and consumer engagement.
- Working knowledge of SEO, paid media, marketing automation workflows, and website content management.
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong understanding of company products, brand positioning, and consumer behavior preferred.
