We’re looking for a detail-loving, organized team player to help keep our inventory running smoothly in a fast-paced cut flower warehouse environment. If you enjoy staying busy, working with your hands, and keeping things accurate and organized—this is the role for you!
What You’ll Do
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track product movement
- Perform cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Inspect incoming product for quality and freshness
- Process purchase orders, back-orders, and inventory reports
- Organize and maintain warehouse spaces, coolers, and supplies
- Monitor spoilage and damaged goods
- Prepare customer orders and support the sales/route teams
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and ready for incoming deliveries

What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Warehouse or inventory experience is a plus
Physical & Work Environment
- Active role involving standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Work in coolers, warehouse docks, and indoor/outdoor conditions
- Fast-paced, team-oriented setting
