Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail, ensuring that every space is left spotless and welcoming. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in residential or commercial settings. As a House Cleaner, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service while performing various cleaning tasks.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all rooms are cleaned to the highest standards, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms
- Manage cleaning supplies efficiently and restock as necessary to ensure all cleaning tasks can be completed without interruption.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any client concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
- Follow established housekeeping management protocols to ensure consistency in service delivery.
Experience
- Previous experience in custodial work or housekeeping management is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
