Bartender

In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing attentive service, maintaining high presentation standards, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality craft cocktails with consistency and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes.
- Provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment.
- Engage with guests to create memorable experiences and build repeat business.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar at all times.
- Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS operations.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and bar preparation.
- Follow all alcohol service laws, company policies, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with servers, management, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a craft cocktail, fine dining, or upscale restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail techniques.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
- Excellent communication and hospitality skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- TABC certification (or ability to obtain certification prior to employment).
