Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing, and setting up tools and supplies
- Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary materials and tools promptly
- Perform general cleanup duties to maintain a safe and tidy work environment
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery, adhering to safety protocols
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues immediately to ensure a secure workplace
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly
- Reliable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Prior experience in construction or similar environments is a plus but not required
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures and proper use of tools is desirable
- Must be able to climb ladders, not afraid of heights
- Have reliable transportation to both the main Office and Jobsites
